Field Tools for the Heavy Civil Industry

Built for
the Road. Not the
Boardroom.

Software for construction materials sales reps, trucking companies, and dispatchers — made by people who've hauled rock, priced a pit run, and taken a call at 6am from a salesman who needed a number yesterday.

"How many developers had a hat full of stickers, dirty hands, and a well-tarred vest?"

We started from the ground up. Dispatching, asphalt, aggregates, trucking — we've worked it. When we couldn't find software built for the way the industry actually runs, we stopped looking and started building.

Founded in the shadow of the Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains, on the shore of the Great Salt Lake — we know this terrain. We know what a pit run costs on a Monday morning. We know why a salesman can't wait three hours for a haul quote. We know what a dispatcher is juggling when the phone rings for the ninth time before noon.

We're building for you. For you, by someone who was you.

Three Tools.
One Industry.
More to Come.

Each product stands alone. Together they cover the full cycle — from first call to final haul. And if there's a tool you need that nobody's built yet, we want to hear about it.

Haul Quote

Pit to Project. Priced Fast.

Takes the wait out of pricing the haul. A salesman enters the pit, the project, the material, and the tonnage — and gets a real quote in seconds based on live fuel surcharges, truck payload math, drive time, elevation, and the trucker's actual rate sheet. No phone tag. No back-of-napkin math. No surprises at billing.

  • Live EIA Rocky Mountain diesel pricing
  • Google Maps truck routing with elevation
  • Payload and cycle time calculations
  • Trucker rate sheet management
  • Quote request → response → acceptance flow

Dispatch

Making the Most for Everyone on the Job

When the job is bigger than one fleet, you need coordination that works for everyone — not just the person at the top. Dispatch helps truckers make the most of their capacity, helps dispatchers see the whole picture, and helps drivers get where they're going without a phone call to ask which road. Under capacity, early outs, multi-source projects, maintenance flags — handled. Because every truck on that job is someone's livelihood, and everyone deserves to go home on time.

  • Multi-fleet coordination on large projects
  • Under-capacity and early-out management
  • Fleet overwatch and status visibility
  • Driver guidance when the GPS lies
  • Maintenance flagging and communication

We Build for the People Moving the Material.

The construction materials industry runs on relationships, experience, and speed. We're not here to replace any of that. We're here to get the slow parts out of your way.

Everyone gets home safely. That's the first rule.
Built for those doing the job — not to help others micromanage you.
Not built for bean counters.
Built for the road, the pit, and the phone call at 6:00 am or pm.
Small business and large heavy civil — both welcome.

If You're in the Industry and Need a Tool No One's Made Yet —

We're listening. Drop us a line, tell us what you're working with, what you wish existed, and what's slowing you down. We've been in the industry long enough to know that the best ideas come from the field, not the office.
